- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- Red pepper flakes or multi-peppercorns
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice, sea salt and spices to taste. Mash together with a fork, leaving a slightly chunky texture. Spread onto toast.
