Makes 2.5 cups
- 2.5 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- 4 Tbls honey or sweetener of your choice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional—1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Adjust sweetness if desired.

One of my favorite breakfasts, ever! I usually add 2 TBSP of almond butter for the protein, instead of protein powder. A great update on the old “Instant Breakfast!”
