Makes 2.5 cups

  • 2.5 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
  • 4 Tbls honey or sweetener of your choice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional—1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Adjust sweetness if desired.

  1. One of my favorite breakfasts, ever! I usually add 2 TBSP of almond butter for the protein, instead of protein powder. A great update on the old “Instant Breakfast!”
