In 1981, after Elizabeth Taylor’s Broadway debut in the play, “The Little Foxes,” I went to a dinner party with Elizabeth Taylor’s hairdresser, Maury Hopson. When Elizabeth walked in she asked her makeup artist, Way Bandy, for a lipstick. Way didn’t bring his makeup bag to dinner, so brilliantly, he asked me for my lipstick.
